I am 9wks. and 3 days. Is it normal to still have these mild not bothersome menstrual pains and cramps.

Yeah this is very normal. U r going to feel that throughout ur entire preggo. I have a 12, 8 and im preggo with my 3rd 16 weeks. So ur going to feel it for a while. I still do. So good luck and congrats!!

yeah unfortunately it is normal I had it with both my pregnancies. It makes you feel a little worried but it will ease within a week or so hang in their it is normal we all get it you got this girl congrats take care of yourself.

yes that pain is your uterus and the ligaments that support it stretching out. You will feel these throughout your pregnancy. These cramps are just the beginning of the ride so hold on its going to get a little more rough.

Yeah, I am 10 weeks and 1 day and I hurt! Yesterday they bothered me so much and I guess they are normal.

yes and you will get the shooting pains a.k.a. round ligament pains. your uterus will do a lot of stretching to make room for the baby, try to enjoy it cuz it goes by so fast! =]

Increase the amount of protein you are eating and the amount of water that you are drinking to reduce or eliminate this. Telephone your doctor or midwife with any health questions during pregnancy. Best wishes, G

Yep that is your uterus stretching. At first I refused to believe I was pregnant because I thought the cramps just meant I was getting ready to start my period.
P.S. 3/11 is a good day to have a baby, that is my birthday. ;o)
