l have always had menstrual pains at the beginning of my menstrual period,and they are very painful the first 2 days that l had to use advil,motrin,ketonal,cafetin menstrual. My last period ,l had a different kind of pains,below my stomach,so l supposed it had to do with my ovaries.And the gynecologist found out that l have a cyst on my left ovary with dimension 43x36mm,and told me to use anti-baby pills called Microgynon 30 for 6 months,one pill ,each day,or l can have a laser removal of the cysts!which do u think it is a better solution,should l take the pills and see if the cyst will dry out and disappear,or do the laser surgery?!and will l get fatter from the anti-baby pills?and will the surgery do harm on my ovary?please answerthese questions for me.l am 24 years old and l need a solution to this problem,A.S.A.P
