what is the best cure for my menstrual pain?i feel dying for this coz its painful...?

Motrin works the best for me. Heating pad on stomach works too.

Go to the doc and get checked. They can put you on B/C so it wont be so painful.

OR get a hystorectomy.

Take some Advil (do not take things like Midol), take a walk, eat some chocolate, lie down on your bed with a hot water bottle over your stomach, wear comfy clothes, drink something warm.

Hello I really understand the way u r feeling my grandmother is 99 years old & it is good to listen to there remedies well for one lay on the floor with ur feet up against the wall ur legs extended up the wall so ur butt is touching the wall lay that way about 5 to 10 minutes it does feel better or simply drink warm or hot tea & keep socks on as well it may sound silly but these things do work. And dont walk around with wet hair ur pores r open not a good thing to do always dry hair. Hope u feel better.

If you have tried the usual medications like ibuprofen (Motrin)or naprosyn (Aleve, Naproxen) and they have not helped, you should see your doctor for an evaluation. I will not try to guess why you seem to be having so much pain.

If the pain is in your lower abdomen, the best way to stop it is to do a few sit-ups or to just clench and unclench your abdomen muscles until it stops. A school nurse told me that once and it seriously works. She said it has to do with muscle spasms or something. I do not know how it works, but it definitely works.
