l get awful bad periods, backache, abdominal pain, nausea, stomach ache, diarrohea, chest pains, etc. The sharp shooting chest pains have been particularly annoying today and l can not stand up straight. l am on contraceptive pill but it is just the same and very heavy flow. l feel quite dizzy now whenever l turn my head. l mean is this normal? Any way l can improve the situation?
I do not know about the chest pains and dizzyness; you may want to get those checked. Take Motrin for the cramps and diarrhea. The ibruprophen breaks down the hormone that causes the contractions in the muscles (both in your uterus and bowels) I usually start taking Motrin the day before I expect my period. You must be young. Your periods will get better with age.
