l know this is really gross.
but a few months ago, probably in the month of october, l had unprotected sex with someone
at first we tried anal but it hurt too much, and we went straight to vaginal sex right after
the past four weeks, i've been noticing a difference in how l feel
most of the time l have pains that feel like they're pre menstrual pains, but i'm not on my period or about to be
also, in the first week, l noticed a bump on the outer part of my vagina
it was filled with pus and blood, and then another one appeared within the next two weeks,
and about one week ago l got another one
i do not know what it is, i'm really afraid
they're painful, and none of them have gone away
the oldest one has reduced in size, but it is still there.
i've had diahhreea at least three times and my lower stomach is constantly make noises, especially at night
what are the possibilities this could be?
should l assume the worst? or could it just be an infection?
i mean, you can not get cancer from doing that can you? cause that is my biggest worry.

So you have noticed an infection (filled with pus) about a month ago (your timing is not clear) and you have not seen a doctor yet?

Are you out of your mind?

Cancer has nothing to do with external infections, but any infection left untreated for a while can become a serious problem.

So what part of ''GO-SEE-A-DOCTOR-NOW!!!'' is not clear enough?

No one on Y/A can diagnose this. You need to go to a doctors for this - & do it as soon as possible.

I know it can be stressful thinking that u may have an std - but u do not know that yet, so just abstain from sexual contact & get tested right away. You might have an std like herpes, but it could also be other things such as hemorrhoids, or a sebaceous cyst. This type of cyst is common in women & usually go away on their own.

Just be brave & make that appointment to the docs now. Good luck

Since the anus is usually not very clean & the vagina & vulva very sensitive to any exposure, it could be something simply bacterial & easy to treat. However, I do not want to scare you, abd. pain, + genital pus & blood is never a good sign. If u have unprotected sexual relations with someone, u can be exposed to anything (although cancer is usually not transmitted, some virus & bacteria transferred through sexual intercourse can introduce u to diseases that cause cancer (especially when having exposure via a not very hygienic uncircumcised male).

In any case, u should get yourself checked & be specific & true to the health care provider. Do not feel ashamed as it can prevent u from getting the necessary treatment to avoid developing stage III herpes or activated AIDS if u had the exposure.

It sounds like you may have Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, which is basically a bad infection and is treated by antibiotics. The bumps on your vaginal area could indicate herpes. Did you not use protection?

It is very unlikely to be cancer, but I'd go and get it checked out as it might be an infection. If you go from anal to vaginal again, change condoms, because there is a lot of bacteria in the back passage. I am sure whatever you've got can be cleared up with some antibiotics.
