My sister is having lower back and abdominal cramps.She is 9 months pregnant.The doc says that she is due in late June but then he said thatshe probably wo not go past June 4.She has Placenta Previa.She says the abdominal cramps feel like menstrual cramps,but worse,she does not get severe menstrual pains.
she is NOT having contractions
they are not severe,but they bother her quite a bit
i would call the doctor.

She could be having contractions, I started contracted at 4 months with my twins. Go to the hospital, better safe then sorry.
If they are regular then I'd say it was contractions so she needs to get to hospital asap coz of the placenta previa!
she shold probably talk to the doctor she if is 36 weeks or more (9 months) it is normal to go into labor my doctor says at 36 youcan go some say 37 it varies any way it may be contractions..lots of women with placenta previa carry to 40 weeks my mom did but had to have a c section hope it all works out
