l recently used an electric stim device (TENS Unit) to help control cramping pain. I've never used it for that before, but after only 10 minutes or so of use, my period started with a heavier flow than l have ever had. That was yesterday. Today, my flow is still just as heavy. Could l have caused a problem by using this device on my lower abdomen?? My period was not supposed to start for a few more days!!
why did u put something like that in ur tummy? did someone told u to do that?? I do believe the tens unit is for muscle spasm.yes.you have cramps.but those ABDOMINAL muscles i dont think r the ones giving u the cramps.you should of put it on ur lower back..that is where it should of been put on.
I dont think u cause any damage if thats what u r concern.but next time try put it the TENS in ur lower back.with some warm compression on back & abdomen.
